Real world learning for Dūcere Bachelor Students

Announcement posted by Ducere Education 09 Oct 2015

Ducere Education is bridging the gap between online study and the real world through integrating University learning with industry related events

Last week, Dūcere’s Bachelor students were given the opportunity to learn from some of the world’s most accomplished business leaders, attending the ADC Forum Future Summit and Startup Grind’s Entrepreneurs Mini Masters. The online university course, delivered in partnership with the University of Canberra, aims to foster entrepreneurship and innovative thinking through four undergraduate business courses, including a Bachelor of Entrepreneurship and Bachelor of Social Entrepreneurship.

The ADC Forum Future Summit featured a host of entrepreneurs and leaders speaking about technology and innovation, including CEO of Versal, and Dūcere Global Faculty Leader, Gregor Freund. The Wednesday event saw Ducere’s Melbourne based Bachelor students head to Collective Campus for a study session, followed by Startup Grind’s Entrepreneurs Mini Masters. The workshop was an interactive learning event helping the entrepreneurs of tomorrow.

Overall the three days of events were a fantastic example of the real world learning opportunities that Dūcere Bachelor students are exposed to, while also studying online.
