Brisbane-based raw treats and dessert company Nutri Hitt, has announced it will be opening a store
on Brisbane’s north side on Saturday 7th November, offering customers a healthy alternative and to
keep up with demand.
Owners and Chefs, Candi Coonan and Tamara Lord, said customers will be able to place orders
online for cakes, treats and desserts and collect them from the Nutri Hitt store, similar to the structure
of the successful Cheesecake Shop.
“We noticed there didn’t seem to be a healthy place to pop into and collect a raw cake or dessert,”
said Ms Coonan, co-owner of Nutri Hitt.
“There’s always been the Cheesecake Shop, but what about for those who are vegan or looking for a
healthy alternative?” said Ms Lord.
The Nutri Hitt brand is well known for its raw desserts and treats, which can be found in dozens of
cafes across Brisbane.
“Everything we do is raw, vegan, dairy free, gluten free, refined sugar free and soy free,” says Ms
Lord.
“We are really seasonal with our flavours and will cater for any occasion, be it Birthdays, Christmas or
Halloween,” says Ms Coonan.
Nutri Hitt’s flagship Geebung store will open for business on Saturday 7th November with a large
emphasis on take-away.
