NUTS TO BE SOLD AT SAME PRICE AS THEY WERE 90 YEARS AGO!

 

ULTRA MARATHON STAR PAT FARMER TO RUN ACROSS SYDNEY FOR NUTS!

 

Ultra marathon runner will race from Roselands to Westfield Warringah Mall to open the Nut Roasters Nut Bar at 11am Saturday 21st November . The public are welcome to join him at Warringah and enjoy a whole range of nuts for the same price they were 90 years ago when the Afiouny family first started selling nuts in Tripoli.

The opening will be at 11am on Saturday 21st November with ultra-marathon runner, and former MP, Pat Farmer running 30km from Roselands to Warringah for the celebrations including the official opening with Michael Regan, the Mayor of Warringah.

Jimmy Afiouny was born in Tripoli where his father had established their nut roasting business in 1925. When Jimmy arrived in Sydney in the mid 1970’s he decided to open his very own nut roasting business in Roselands where they have been for 40 years supplying nuts to the local community and distributing nuts nationally. To celebrate the opening of their first store outside the Roselands area the Nut Roaster family will be selling nuts all day at the same price they were 90 years ago in Tripoli!
