AxiTrader appoints new Chief Market Strategist

Announcement posted by AxiTrader 17 Nov 2015

Sydney-based Forex broker AxiTrader is pleased to announce that Greg McKenna will be joining them as a Chief Market Strategist, adding his considerable industry expertise to the current team

With more than 25 years experience in senior positions across the financial industry, including as a Fund Manager, the first Currency Strategist at Westpac, head of Currency Strategy at NAB and a current Contributing Editor at Business Insider, Greg’s analysis and insight is widely respected and sought out by leading businesses and traders.

His immediate role will focus on expanding the quality and quantity of market information available to AxiTrader clients, primarily by providing market reports and updates for the company’s growing global client base, across multiple trading sessions including Asia and Europe.

Of the new relationship, AxiTrader’s General Manager, Alex MacKinnon, says that “analysts with Gregs experience and recognition are highly sought after, so the fact that he’s elected to partner with AxiTrader exclusively over other brokers serves to reinforce our strength in the market.

“We’re focused on ensuring our clients have the best tools to succeed with their trading, whether that be in technology, customer service or access to high quality information. With Greg consistently delivering top market insights, we look forward to bringing those directly to our rapidly growing global audience.”

Regular content will be made freely available via the AxiTrader blog, with further premium content and insights accessible only to AxiTrader account holders. The intention is to provide analysis that is not only comprehensive and relevant, but to deliver it in an approachable way which makes it useful to more traders

Says MacKinnon, “with Greg coming on board, I genuinely believe our clients will be getting a lot of extra value they won’t get with any other broker.”
