Combined businesses to offer complementary services

Sydney, 2 December, 2015 – Logicalis, an international IT solutions and managed services provider, today announced the company has acquired Thomas Duryea Consulting, one of Australia’s leading professional services, managed services and cloud ICT companies.

Thomas Duryea designs, builds and deploys data centre, data management, enterprise information systems, systems management and cloud environments for mid-sized and large enterprises, with capabilities across EMC, Dell, NetApp, VMware, Citrix and Microsoft.

Basil O'Raghaillaigh, Chief Executive Officer, Logicalis Australia said combining the strengths of the two businesses creates a compelling value proposition for customers 

“Both companies have been very successful in their chosen fields:  Logicalis in networking, unified communications and cloud; and Thomas Duryea in desktop, data centre, storage and cloud.  Together, we’ve got a very strong offering to take to our customers,” O'Raghaillaigh said.

Thomas Duryea has an annual turnover of approximately A$70 million and employs 125 staff in Australia.
