Masterflex B/T process pump systems from John Morris Scientific are known for their efficient fluid transfer in high-volume applications. Now, the B/T variable-speed washdown modular pumps are more powerful than ever. An increase in power capabilities enables them to operate at 0.75 hp with 140 kg-cm maximum torque.
The Masterflex B/T peristaltic pumps are designed to handle the toughest applications, from pumping slurries, abrasives, food additives, and media, to corrosive fluids and polymers. Use them to dispense by volume or time, or pump continuously. With flow rates up to 42 LPM, these pumps can handle large batches quickly and efficiently.
A keypad lock/unlock feature helps lock in settings and prevents accidental or unauthorised changes. The modular design enables convenient operation—users can separate the motor and controller by up to 1.8 metres. The controller and motor are IP56-rated to protect against dust and water.
Masterflex B/T pumps are the best choice for high-flow bulk-transfer applications. Their durable construction ensures long service life with minimal maintenance. The sturdy materials of construction include stainless steel/carbon steel, a cast aluminium housing with an epoxy-powder coating, and Nylatron rollers for rugged dependability.
All B/T pumps include a new and improved Rapid-Load pump head for fast and easy tubing changes. The redesigned occlusion mechanism slides the tubing bed out of the way for easy tube loading and improved occlusion of the tubing when the pump head closes.
The improved tubing retention mechanism holds the tubing firmly in place to further simplify the loading process. PerfectPosition tubing sizes provide improved performance in higher-pressure applications and provide longer tubing life.
NEW TUBING - Solveflex tubing is now available offering the highest resistance to strong acids such as THF.
