SAP Hybris Summit 2016 to Address the Future of Customer Engagement, Commerce and Digital Transformation

Sydney, Australia - February 9th SAP Hybris today announced it will host its annual SAP Hybris Summit for customers and partners from February 15-18, 2016 in Munich, Germany. Building on SAP Hybris’ simplified front office strategy, the event will also gather SAP Hybris executives and thought leaders to share best practices and learn about the company’s strategic direction for customer engagement and commerce solutions.

This year, SAP Hybris Summit will feature sessions focused on the company’s key pillars, including commerce, sales, service, marketing and billing. These sessions will allow attendees direct access to SAP Hybris experts, partners and peers to gain tangible insights on the offerings relevant to their business. The company will also recognise the “best of the best” among SAP Hybris customers and partners with an awards ceremony, complete with a dinner and celebration.

During the four-day event, attendees will experience a range of technology demonstrations and network with key leaders across all solution areas. Additional expert-led sessions on the agenda include presentations on digital transformation, mapping the customer journey, and using data for contextual interaction with customers. SAP Hybris customers and partners will be on hand to share their success stories with SAP Hybris technology and best practices for engaging customers.  

Additionally, the Hybris Labs showcase will feature innovative approaches to combining technological novelties with common in-store scenarios that create an exciting, unique shopping experience. Hybris Labs will also reveal a new virtual customer experience prototype that uses 3D mapping technology.

Leading up to the Summit, SAP Hybris will also host a three-day Hackfest powered by SAP Hybris as a Service (YaaS), a cloud-based micro-services development platform that enables partners, developers, and customers to build and consume business services. The Hackfest will kick off on Thursday, February 11 with a YaaS Enablement Workshop, where attendees will discuss YaaS with SAP Hybris experts in order to learn more about the platform and community. The Hackfest winner will present their results on stage during the Summit.

Attendees of SAP Hybris Summit 2016 will discover new ways in which companies can transform their engagement with customers, innovate how they do business, and simplify their technology landscapes so they can succeed in the Digital Economy.
