SoftEd Welcome Their New Trainer, Aldo Rall

SoftEd trainers all have a rare combination of experience-based knowledge and excellent communication skills. They recently appointed Aldo Rall as a trainer and consultant specialising in Agile Software Development and Software Testing.  He has over twenty years’ experience working across a range of industries including financial services, healthcare, IT, management consulting and education in South Africa, the United Kingdom, and more recently, New Zealand.

​Aldo joins the SoftEd team from IndigoCube in South Africa, one of SoftEd’s global trainer partners. At IndigoCube, Aldo provided training and consulting services in both Agile and Software Testing disciplines and worked with a range of clients on large Agile transformations as an Agile Coach.

​Over time Aldo has harnessed his skills in the practical elements of developing working software,  but his greatest passion lies in the people dimension of the people-process-technology mix and how this translates into successful IT strategy, teams, projects and practitioners. He relishes opportunities to develop and grow skills, people and teams, and to help them reach maturity at both strategic and operational levels. “Our success is built on the knowledge and expertise of our people", said Managing Director, Martyn Jones.  "Aldo's track-record certainly speaks for itself and he will be a real asset to our business."
