Global series on improving customer relationships

27 April 2016 - Zendesk, Inc. (NYSE: ZEN) today announced its global Relate Live series will be coming to Sydney from July 14-15, 2016.

 

Having sold out in New York, Mexico City, Sao Paulo, San Francisco and London, the Relate Live conference is designed to help businesses and entrepreneurs explore the complicated nature of customer relationships.

 

The Sydney show will feature networking, interactive presentations, and workshops that examine the influencers of human relationships such as empathy, customer experience, and the science of satisfaction. Keynotes will include RedBalloon Founding Director Naomi Simson, Digital Communications Expert, Danielle Di-Masi and renowned Forrester CX analyst Thomas McCann.
