Relax amidst the stunning surrounds of one of Sydney’s most stylish dining spaces, and let your taste buds explore a unique selection of indulgent sweet treats and gourmet savoury bites matched with fragrant Dilmah tea blends such as Moroccan Mint, Rose Vanilla and Earl Grey.
“The ABODE Chocolate High Tea will take you on a journey around the equator, featuring flavours from Colombia, Indonesia, Madagascar, Peru, Venezuela and Cuba. Using 100% cocoa from the tropics of Cancer and Capricorn, our hand-crafted sweet and savoury delights complemented with delicate Dilmah tea blends, offer you a unique culinary experience to heighten the senses,” said Head Chef Anthony Naylor.
Start your ultimate gourmet afternoon with a bite of the Dominican Republic white chocolate tiramisu followed by the sumptuous Cuban black chocolate jaffa cake. Satisfy your sweet tooth with Venezuelan chocolate and hazelnut slice before an exotic taste of Indonesian chocolate mint crunch.
