Pan Pacific Perth takes out competition to claim two awards at the annual Expedia Awards Ceremony

Pan Pacific Perth has taken home two awards at the Expedia Awards Ceremony, held on Monday evening. As the only hotel to win more than one award at the ceremony, Pan Pacific Perth cemented their position as one of the leading hotels in Western Australia.
 
The Expedia Awards recognise excellence and best business practice in the hotel industry. A testament to the hotel’s continued effort in striving for distinction in a competitive market, Pan Pacific Perth was awarded the ‘Top Performing Hotel by Room Nights (4.5 star or above)’ for the past year, whilst the award for ‘Most Engaged Partner on Expedia Partner Central Conversations’ recognised the hotel’s focus on enriching the customer’s experience.
 
The Most Engaged award is for the hotel’s endeavour to utilise Expedia Partner Central Conversation, a new tool that allows hotels to communicate with guests pre-stay to delight customers before they even arrive. This award was given to the hotel that has been the first to embrace this new technology and actively communicate with Expedia customers prior to arrival.
