Frost’s property marketing expertise attracts industry attention

SYDNEY - 10.08.16: Frost*collective is excited to announce that with property developer, Coronation, the residential development The Paper Mill has been awarded the prestigious Meriton Excellence in Marketing award from The Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA). The award was announced at a gala event on Friday, 5 August.

Frost*collective was commissioned by Coronation to create a brand identity, strategic positioning and marketing campaign for The Paper Mill, a ground-breaking urban renewal project playing a key role in revitalising the south western Sydney hub of Liverpool.

Joseph Nahas, Managing Director, Coronation said, "The changing face of south western Sydney, coupled with the opportunity to revitalise a long neglected riverfront location and opportunity to capture the historical features of the site, meant that our marketing campaign was always going to need to be something special.

“When we look at those who were also finalists for this award and the projects they have created, we are very proud of how Frost* has captured the essence of The Paper Mill and brought it to life –  and importantly how this has resonated with purchasers," he said.

Additionally, Mirvac and UrbanGrowth NSW’s flagship development, Ovo, in the Green Square Town Centre, for which Frost*collective created a new brand and full marketing campaign – was announced as a runner up in UDIA’s Marketing Excellence award.

“Having our projects recognised by the industry’s most prestigious awards is a great achievement,” said Vince Frost, CEO Frost*collective. “We also want to say congratulations to Rebel Property Group with whom we worked on Pacific, Bondi which recently won the Urban Taskforce’s ‘2016 Development of the Year Award’. It was a real honour to be part of this project involving what is a rare and iconic Sydney landmark.”

The Pacific Bondi project included creating the naming and branding for the $450 million renewal of the Swiss Grand Hotel at Bondi. This mixed use development includes premium apartments, a Woolworths Metro, shops and the QT hotel.

“There’s some outstanding work being done in the sector, so knowing that we’ve been part of these winning and highly regarded developments is extremely rewarding for everyone involved,” Frost said.
