HIRAMASA KINGFISH AWARDED TWICE AT LEADING AUSTRALIAN PRODUCE AWARDS

Clean Seas has announced that its flagship product, Australian Hiramasa Kingfish, has just been named State Winner (South Australia) in the prestigious 2016 delicious. Produce Awards.

This year’s awards were judged by some of Australia’s most revered chefs and culinary luminaries including Peter Gilmore, Shannon Bennett, Guillaume Brahimi, Christine Manfield, Maggie Beer and Matt Moran.

The delicious. win directly follows Hiramasa Kingfish being awarded the only Gold Medal in the Fresh Fish category along with the Best in Class award at the prestigious 2016 Australian Food Awards.

The Australian Food Awards is Australia’s leading national food awards program that celebrates excellence and recognises the Australia’s best food producers, providing winners with a National Seal of Excellence.
