COLOR SWITCH APP DOWNLOADED OVER 100 MILLION TIMES
Mobile game sensation Color Switch has now achieved 100 million downloads worldwide and thus joins a small club of gaming apps to do so. Another app to reach this milestone this year is Pokémon Go.The game was initially developed by David Reichelt independently in little more than a week, and is a testament to fact that amateur app developers with little experience can tap into limitless success.
Color Switch inventor David Reichelt then partnered with Fortafy Games headed by Zeb Jaffer, Marc Lejeune and rapper and social media star Fortafy aka Samuel Ratumaitavuki who has almost 10 million facebook followers. Fortafy Games helped Color Switch grow to where it is today. Fortafy has added hundreds of levels and 20 game modes to keep players engaged. The company has been meeting its goal of retaining users at above-average industry rates.

Color Switch is addictive because it seems so simple, but it takes a lot of skill. You have to keep tapping the screen to make a color ball advance. It has funky music and colorful, if simple, 2D graphics. It’s also easy to play in a short time, over and over againThe game has spread through word-of-mouth on Google Play and iOS.

Los Angeles based David is a former medic in the US Army in Iraq who was struggling to pay off his car and keep up the rent. To stay afloat he cleaned pools and worked as a parking attendant for $12 an hour. Then his life changed early in 2016 when he invented the Color Switch app!He’s paid off his car and is buying a home and getting ready to travel the world to tell his story to people and inspire them. David was fascinated by computers as a child, had his first Nintendo at 7, loved the TRON movie, was a high school dropout and after the Army went back to school to achieve a Bachelor’s Degree in performance. He’s an accomplished magician and Member of The Magic Castle in Hollywood. Prior to Color Switch he says he invented over 40 very bad games! Color Switch is his 41st.
