Bake beautiful bread and scones at home with the new Panasonic Bread Maker
Sydney, 22 September 2016 – Get creative in the kitchen and fill your home with the aroma of freshly baked bread, with the new Panasonic Bread Maker.
The latest model allows you to create tasty rustic sourdough bread, artisan bread and scone bread at home using all of your favourite recipes. Its sleek, stainless steel design will complement your kitchen.

A wide range of bread and dough recipes
The SD-ZB2512 has 33 different baking and dough modes, with new additions including rustic sourdough bread made by incorporating a longer fermentation process for a delicious, mildly sour taste. You can now bake artisan bread filled with your choice of ingredients from cheese to herbs or vegetables. For a slightly sweeter option there is also a mode to bake fluffy, light scones.
All the standard settings such as white bread, rye bread, French bread and pizza dough are included in the SD-ZB2512.
Features for perfect results every time
The Bread Maker delivers exceptional kneading technology for mixing multiple ingredients evenly – critical in ensuring perfect results. It also features a dispenser for adding yeast at the optimal time, and a removable and washable fruit and nut dispenser distributes ingredients at just the right point in the baking process.
The Bread Maker’s non-stick Diamond Fluoro-coated bread pan makes it quick and easy to wash out after baking.

Try this quick and healthy recipe at home
Lemon and Zucchini Loaf Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp yeast
- 150g strong wholemeal flour
- 350g strong white flour
- 1tbspn sugar
- 25g butter
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp crushed black peppercorns
- 75g zucchini, grated
- Grated rind of one lemon
- 280ml water
Method:
- Put all the ingredients in the pan in the order listed
- Set Bread Maker to Basic Bake, 4 hours, large size, medium crust
- Serve with smoked salmon for a real treat
