Paul Fischmann, founder and CEO of 8Hotels, invests in Typsy, an online hospitality training platform.

Typsy, an online training platform for the hospitality industry, announced today that Paul Fischmann, founder and CEO of 8Hotels, has come on board as an investor. Paul founded 8Hotels in 2003 and has since owned and operated 21 boutique hotels in Australia and abroad with over 500 employees.
 

Paul joined Typsy as an investor because he saw how Typsy’s mission and approach to improving the skills and confidence of the hospitality industry directly supports 8Hotel’s passionate service philosophy. 8Hotels is committed to thinking progressively, exploring new ways of doing things, and meeting challenges head on.
