The much anticipated Growing and Using Mushrooms ebook is out now and available and for download from the ACS online Bookshop. This ebook has been written by John Mason and the staff of ACS Distance Education.

The Growing and Using Mushrooms ebook is aimed at readers who would like to be either home or professional mushroom growers.

Mushrooms are highly prized for cooking and eating are not plants, but a fungus. This book touches on other genera and species, but is mostly about “Agaricus bisporus”.
