NetLinkz appoints Suthan Naganayagam Chief Executive Officer

18 October 2016, Sydney Australia - NetLinkz Limited (ASX:NET), a provider of patented SD-WAN technology, today announced the appointment of Suthan Naganayagam as managing director and Chief Executive Officer, based in Sydney.  Naganayagam will lead the growth of the company, building its channel base in Australia as well as international markets including Asia Pacific and Japan, some European markets and the United States.

He has over 15 years’ experience in the technology industry, most recently with software giant, SAP, where he led the launch and development of the SAP HANA Cloud Platform Ecosystem. Prior to that, Naganayagam worked for IBM where he held a variety of roles from operations to sales management.

NetLinkz today also announced it has signed a non-exclusive distribution agreement with rhipe (ASX:RHP), an Australian distributor of cloud solutions, to resell NetLinkz SD-WAN products in Australia and the Asia Pacific region through its extensive reseller base.

In addition, NetLinkz has signed Leader Computers, a manufacturer and distributor of high quality Information Communications Technology [ICT] products, to accelerate the roll-out of its product through Leader’s network of over 6,000 resellers in Australia and New Zealand.

Naganayagam said these distribution agreements are just the first step in the company’s aggressive expansion plans.  “We’re very focused on building a strong market presence for our SD-WAN solution through distributors, large systems integrators and resellers both in Australia and internationally.”

NetLinkz, previously iWebgate, has developed a patented Virtual Invisible Network (VIN) used to created its SD-WAN product, ensuring its customers can move to SD-WAN through a simple three week, three-clicks deployment that easily plugs into existing networks. VIN software is installed on each site or device and a secure peer-to-peer connection is established.  NetLinkz’ technology is fully customisable and can be white-labelled by OEM partners and cloud solution providers to be embedded into their products or as part of the service provider offering.
