Art Hide's 2017 collection images released

Australian interiors brand Art Hide has released images of its new collections, styled by leading stylists Julia Green and Sarah Ellison.

Eight new rugs have been released and Art Hide has used pioneering techniques in a number of the designs, including the Isola hide that features fine metallic stencil work, and the Atomo rug that showcases an array of the brand's signature laser burn designs.

Julia Green said of the range, “ Art Hide's new collection is absolutely stunning. Our styling set ups hint to the glamour of the rugs that we're working with. Their versatility is one of their strongest assets – I can easily see them sitting in most people's homes.”

Founder Kura Perkins, said, “We always try and push the boundaries of what we think is possible with our natural cowhide leather. Our manufacturing team will quite often say we can't do it, and we have so far always managed to prove them wrong!”

Art Hide is an Australian company owned and operated by sisters Kura Perkins and Bree Hay-Hendry with agents and distribution in four other countries. It specialises in high quality, originally designed and ethically sourced leather products. Art Hide offers a bespoke service, with its materials working brilliantly as wall, floor and furniture coverings.

Art Hide’s premium quality cowhide is sourced as a by-product of the meat industry from regulated tanneries, where methods involved in tanning and dyeing are always safe for workers and are non pollutant.
