Digital marketing empire, SponsoredLinX, has beaten out stiff competition to gain a coveted place in Anthill Australia’s ‘Top 100’ Cool Company Awards.


Announced last week by Anthill, the digital marketing empire were chosen from more than 700 entrants as an Australian company ‘doing things differently to bring about positive change.’ Founder Ben Bradshaw, believes it is the company’s ‘cool, clever and creative’ mantra that makes them stand out among other agencies.

"We work really hard to make sure our workplace is a unique and creative space for our employees, and we’re extremely passionate about creating a company culture that stands out from other regular marketing agencies,” he said.


With a ‘cool culture’ of lunchtime ping pong tournaments, monthly staff lunches, fancy dress days and individual rooms for gaming and meditation, this will be SponsoredLinX’ third time in Anthill’s Top 100, having also been named a finalist in 2015 and 2014.


Cool Company Award founder James Tuckerman, says ‘The Cools’ are one of the largest business awards programs in Australia, providing an ‘extremely egalitarian’ environment for national companies.  

“Previous winners have included two-person start-ups, not-for-profit social enterprises, large private companies and publicly-listed corporations,” he explained.


“Judging takes into account far more than mere business variables, such as revenue and wealth. The criteria are geared to consider other qualities, from the disruptive nature of the product or service to the culture of the organisation.”


Winners will be announced at the official Anthill Australia Cool Company awards event on December 8th 2016.
