The new Savannah Professional Kitchen Scale features a clever rotating dial tare function. This unique function allows you to place any bowl on the platform and then, using the knob, rotate the dial back to zero so that only the contents of the bowl will be weighed. You can also weigh multiple ingredients in the same bowl, simply tare back to zero before each addition – easy – saves on the washing up of multiple containers too!
The weighing spring is made from high quality stainless steel and is corrosion-resistant, with the mechanical stop mechanism allowing for long life and accurate measuring. For easy and hygienic cleaning, the weighting platform is removable.
