Mincove hands over keys to first completed house and land package at Calderwood Valley

An excited Albion Park family has taken possession of the first completed house and land package at Calderwood Valley from award-winning local project builder, Mincove Homes.

Lauren and Derek Gray and their two children were given the keys to their new home in early February, officially becoming the first family to move into a house and land package at the new master-planned precinct.

The couple chose the four-bedroom Calderwood 212 design as the perfect complement to their lifestyle and new neighbourhood.

“We absolutely love it.  It’s light, bright and airy with plenty of space for all of us,” Lauren said.

The Brushgrove Circuit home features two large living areas that provide separation for the master bedroom from the remaining bedrooms – a feature that was important for Derek, a shift worker.

The Grays also love the convenience of internal access from the double garage via the laundry and pantry.

They chose Mincove Homes because of its reputation for quality, and that fact that it’s a local, family-owned builder.

“The trust factor was certainly there. Throughout the build they were always available to answer questions and keep us in the loop,” Derek said.

“We were also really impressed with the speed of the build, which allowed us to move in on time.  The whole experience was better than we expected.”

Although they’re enjoying the peace and seclusion for now, the Gray family aren’t expecting it to stay that way for long, with Calderwood Valley set to become home to 12,500 residents over the next 20 years.

Mincove Homes is selling house and land packages at Calderwood starting from $585,000.
