Australia’s newest master franchise group set to launch in October
  1. Revitalised cleaning franchise group James’ Homes Services is about to spin off a whole new business with the launch of Australia’s newest master franchise organisation - James’ Commercial – in October this year.

    The new company will fill a growing demand for cleaning services in high rise office and apartment buildings, hotels, aged care facilities and schools.

    CEO and master franchise owner Mike Dowling said more than $25 billion worth of commercial property changed hands each year, creating enormous demand, particularly for end of lease and ongoing cleaning services.

    “There is a major gap in the market and I believe James’ Commercial can fill it, and fill it well,” said Mr Dowling, who will also target warehouses, medical and health facilities and financial institutions.

    Since Mr Dowling took over the reins, James’ Home Services has grown rapidly and now has 147 residential- focused franchisees operating around Australia.

    “We are excited to be expanding into the commercial arena,” he said.

    “Commercial cleaning often means bigger jobs and can frequently be done after hours so there is huge scope for new franchisees interested in working flexible hours and taking on staff.

    “James’ Commercial will take on long-term contracts as well as one-off jobs.”

    Mr Dowling, a successful veteran of the commercial cleaning market, has had strong ambitions for James’ Home Services since he purchased the master franchise in October 2015, throwing the business a financial lifeline.
