Profile 38 launches service to simplify the matching of jobs to suitable job candidates.

MELBOURNE, Australia, May 18, 2017 – The Melbourne based Profile 38 has launched an online service that they hope will change the way we all look for work. Instead of using the traditional process where job seekers search vacant positions to find a job, this service takes a different approach.

The aim is to create a broad-based database containing profiles of anyone looking for work, actively or passively. Profile details such as location, travel distance to work, expected pay, expected weekly hours, week days available, experience, education and many more are saved in a standard format that can easily be matched to corresponding job requirements.
Employers can search, instantly shortlist and contact suitable applicants with the sought qualities.
Job seekers will appreciate applying for jobs they have already been shortlisted for, one click applications, being notified of unsuccessful applications and not having to constantly check for updated job lists.
