A Client travelled 4  hours by train to buy some unique birthday gift ideas!

We were at the Queen Victoria Market today and it was getting close to 2pm.  Things were starting to slow down.  I suddenly had  these 3 ladies come up to us and say we have walked the whole market looking for you!  It was a Grandmother and her 2 grand daughters and they had travelled from Warrnambool (4 hours on a train) to come and order their pieces.  One was for her grand daughters 21 st birthday gift and the other for her daughter.  She brought her grand daughter down so she could go through our display and pick her desired piece.  We were  just so amazed that they had travelled that far to buy our goods and wanted some unique birthday gift ideas.

She had seen us just before christmas and had made a mental note and went home and told all her friends about it.  She even still had the brochure she collected on her last visit.  She was telling me she was telling all the ladies on the train about our business and how excited she was to come down and order her 2 unique birthday gifts.  She had put alot of thought into picking the right  photo which was great.  One photo was of a young child and her grand daughter had picked a photo that she loved from her childhood.  We are also going to engrave on the back of the piece, just so it has that special memory of her 21st birthday.  She had been looking around for good different, unique birthday gift ideas for her family. She didn't realised we are moved around and are not in the same spot every weekend.  We normally trade on a Saturday and Sunday but our location changes daily, which some times can make it difficult for our clients.
