Bear Brewing Reaper Sauce

Chilli: Carolina Reaper, Ghost Chilli, Cayenne Pepper, Black Pepper

This Australian-made beauty is unique. Its fermented AND its black. Yep, the sauce is black thanks to activated charcoal. This thick, black beauty makes your mouth water as soon as you begin to pour. Without a doubt, capsicum and the chilli are the heroes here and they co-exist happily with mustard and lime. Fermentation delivers a different flavour profile, almost a rawness.
