BroadVision One-To-One Enterprise 6.0 Now Available For Microsoft Windows 2000

BroadVision, Inc. (Nasdaq: BVSN), a leading supplier of personalised e-business applications, today announced the availability of BroadVision One-To-One Enterprise 6.0, the next generation of BroadVision's scalable, J2EE-enabled e-business application, for platforms including industry-leading Compaq ProLiant* servers and other Intel-based systems running Microsoft Windows 2000 operating system. In addition, BroadVision announced its intention to develop enhanced functionality for Windows users including browser-based system management capabilities. BroadVision also announced that beginning in Q4 2001 versions of BroadVision applications on the Intel Architecture will be made available simultaneously with releases for other hardware platforms.

Strong Support for Windows Users
BroadVision forged alliances with Intel and Compaq to develop a strong base
of support for development of the Windows platform.

of the BroadVision One-To-One Enterprise 6.0 on Intel-based servers brings

Under terms of the alliance with Compaq, the two companies have put joint
engineering and marketing teams in place to test and bring to market
solutions supporting optimised deployment of BroadVision applications on
Compaq ProLiant servers, making Compaq ProLiant servers a premier
BroadVision Windows 2000 platform.

Performance and System Management Enhancements
BroadVision One-To-One Enterprise 6.0 includes new features that make it
easier to design, build and maintain sophisticated systems with enhanced
debugging and system monitor tools.
To make the transition to BroadVision One-To-One Enterprise 6.0 easier,
BroadVision One-To-One Enterprise 6.0 was designed to be binary backward
compatible with BroadVision's previous version (version 5.5) application.
This compatibility is designed to ensure that existing BroadVision
implementations can be migrated to the new platform with little or no
modification.
