Broad-based Asia Pacific IT distributor, Tech Pacific, has announced a new partnership with leading provider of Internet traffic and content management (iTCM) products, F5 Networks Inc.
The move is aimed at expanding Tech Pacific's WAN coverage, further strengthening its position as market leader. F5 joins Tech Pacific's already broad networking vendor portfolio.
With the marketplace now squarely focused on the Internet and e-commerce, it is important for Tech Pacific to partner with those vendors that can provide a total solution to resellers, said David Higgins, Tech Pacifics Networking Category Manager.

By partnering with F5, Kelly said Tech Pacific moved beyond the provision of the more basic switching and routing hardware. It gives more energy to the company's efforts to increase focus on the high-end system integrators and solution architects who are building next generation content delivery services, he said.
