A Expo 2005 - addressing the IT industry 'hot spots'



Computer Associates (CA) is to hold CA Expo 2005 this month. CA Expo, now in its third year, is a one-day free forum providing CA customers and industry attendees with an opportunity to hear the latest on CA's technology.
The event includes keynote addresses by CA's Mark Barrenechea, executive vice president product strategy and chief software architect, Greg Corgan, executive vice president worldwide sales and Kevin Kern, senior vice president and CIO.
The day is split into three concurrent streams that focus on Australian IT industry 'hot spots.' CA customers, alliance partners and leading IT experts will present on security management, application lifecycle management, web services, business process modelling and ITIL.
Customers participating in the event include Queensland Transport, who will present on delivering value with service oriented architectures and web servers, while the Australian Tax Office will participate in the application lifecycle and storage management stream.
CA Expo will take place in Sydney on Monday 14 February at the Westin Hotel and, in Melbourne on Tuesday 15 February, at Crown Towers. The event is free of charge and delegates are welcome to attend any number of the 18 sessions.
