CA Technologies and Digicor deliver innovative plug-n-play cloud solution for no more than $45,000



New Cloud in a Box offering allows businesses to deploy cloud services in a matter of hours

Sydney, 31 May 2011 – CA Technologies (NASDAQ:CA) and Digicor have today announced the launch of Cloud in a Box, a new product  powered by CA 3Tera AppLogic that allows businesses to deliver public, private or hybrid clouds in as little as four hours. Cloud in a Box has been developed as a joint offering in Australia and New Zealand between CA Technologies and leading Australian server and storage specialist, Digicor. Combining CA 3Tera Applogic virtual fabric, Cloud in a Box is used in tandem with Digicor’s hardware solutions to deliver IaaS, Paas and SaaS all in a single environment for no more than $45,000 (as at 31 May 2011)*. 

The CA 3Tera AppLogic cloud computing platform enables customers to quickly provision, deploy and manage cloud applications as supporting infrastructure. Users can pull from a catalogue of reusable applications to rapidly compose, deploy and manage complex, online applications, significantly reducing time-to-market for new business services.
