Interactive Intelligence Strengthens ANZ Presence with Tecala Group Appointment



Sydney, 12 April 2010 - Interactive Intelligence (Nasdaq: ININ), a global provider of unified IP business communications solutions, has enhanced its regional presence with the appointment of Sydney-headquartered Tecala Group as a new channel partner.
 
Tecala Group is a leading Australian ICT organisation specialising in the delivery of global technology solutions for advanced infrastructure solutions and services.  The company partners with many of the world’s best of breed technology vendors to optimise ICT infrastructure investment in technology stacks such as Unified Communications, virtualisation, data storage, application delivery, cloud computing. disaster recovery and infrastructure management.   At the same time, Tecala Group’s managed services division specialises in managing and transforming ICT infrastructure operations.

Tecala Group will now build out sales, professional services and support teams dedicated to the Interactive Intelligence product portfolio, including software and services for contact centre automation, enterprise IP telephony and business process automation.

In support of increasing its own competency in Interactive Intelligence, Tecala Group has implemented its new partner’s technology in-house and undertaken pre-sales training.  The company will also field its own Interactive Intelligence product champions as it pursues sales opportunities with public and private sectors in the 100 to 1,000 seat market.
