NEC Business Solutions’ operations integrate to become ‘NEC ’
Effective from today, the integration of NEC Business Solutions Ltd into NEC Australia Pty Ltd is complete.
NEC’s Australian operations have been integrated in response to the rapid changes occurring in the Australian ICT market, in particular the growth of broadband, IP telephony and wireless communications. It will increase synergy between the two businesses and enhance business collaboration in the key areas of IT and networks.
“The integration of our operations will strengthen our product and solutions portfolio, particularly in the provision of Managed Services, putting us in a unique position to offer our customers integrated end-to-end solutions equipped to meet the challenges of future ICT market trends,” said Toshiharu Iwasa, Managing Director of NEC Australia.
