Samsung Galaxy Beam is the latest and feature-rich successor to the Samsung I8520 Galaxy Beam. It is now available for pre-order at MobiCity, Australia's favorite online mobile phone destination.

The beautiful new smartphone comes with a 4.0-inch TFT capacitive touchscreen display having a screen resolution of 480 x 800 pixels and a pixel density of 233ppi. It uses Samsung's popular TouchWiz UI v4.0 for smooth navigation of the screen. Its built-in nHD projector can project bright, clear and vivid images up to 50-inch wide, while a special app helps select compatible files from the phone.

Samsung Galaxy Beam operates on a NovaThor Dual-core 1GHz processor with a RAM of 768MB and runs Android OS v2.3.6 (Gingerbread). It provides a huge internal memory of 8GB for data, files, games and apps. Memory is expandable up to 32GB through microSD memory card.
