The degustation dinner will include a six-course tasting menu presented by Executive Chef Timothy Hart, with each dish paired perfectly wine from either Katnook or Grosset.
Dishes include Seared Tuna in spicy dukkah with Alaskan king crab remoulade, Braised beef cheek polenta with crisp taro and onion and Hazelnut Bombe Alaska with Frangelico latte.
A limited number of places are available. The American Club’s Degustation South Australian Wine Challenge dinner is priced at $120 per person including matching wines.
