The recent unfortunate terrorist incidents in Moscow and Bali have firmly put these topical but important regions under international scrutiny, Mr Moodh said recently in Sydney.
However, from a business perspective, I believe that the Asia-Pacific and Eastern European regions still offer enormous potential.
They will continue to provide many business opportunities for companies brave enough to rise above the actions of those negative, anti-social influences and elements trying to subvert meaningful development in the countries of these regions, he said.

Implementation commenced in April 2002, with the first phase expected to Go Live in mid-2003. The contract is valued at RMB 8 million (approximately USD 1 million).
The Three Gorges Project is the largest water conservation project in the world, located on the Yangtze River in Hubei province, central China. Upon completion, the Three Gorges Project will be the largest hydropower plant in the world, with a total installed capacity of 18,200 MW and an annual output of nearly 84.7 billion kWh, roughly one-tenth of electricity consumption in China.
