Beam Mobility is a micro-mobility company operating in Asia and Australia and New Zealand. In 2019 Beam was one of two successful recipients of a permit to operate in the City of Adelaide e-scooter trial, the first and only transparent competitive tender process undertaken by a local government to evaluate and analyse the suitability of sector providers, their vehicles, technology, customer services and partnership with regulators. In May 2019 Beam announced its expansion to Christchurch New Zealand.
