For home movers, the moving process is a frustrating, time consuming and stressful process. One of the most frustrating tasks is notifying change of address details to all Service Providers - utilities, telcos, banks, motor registry offices, health funds etc. eMove is the solution to this process as allows the home mover to notify all service providers at one point, in one session, at no cost. Service Providers need proactive, address change notifications from their customers. eMove helps these organisations as: traditional methods of notification, such as post and call centre, are more costly and inefficient; there is significant expense in printing and posting dead mail and dealing with returned mail; customer acquisition and retention are major costs for retail services organisations and customer churn is typically high at the time of moving. eMove has achieved a critical mass of contracted Service Providers including securing three State Government contracts. After three years building eMove, the Company is now seeking to fully commercialise the business. The site will be relaunched shortly as 'eMove' - the complete home mover's site.
