What is the Expert Witness Database? We are Australia's largest most independent resourceful Expert Witness Database for human capital sourcing. We are not lawyers, we are not a University - we simply provide you unbiased access to Australia's largest database of Independent Experts. The Expert Witness Database has strict rules, to ensure that you only get matched with the best expert. We ensure that all our experts have at least 8 years of industry experience, and sign a declaration that they have undertaken Expert Witness training. We also ensure that all listed Expert Witnesses have declared that they understand and are committed to adhering to each state and their requirement for Expert Witnesses. It is important to note that we are not lawyers, we do not put forward our "buddies", we are not in any way a University, there is no "test" subjects here. All the experts that we supply you with have come to us to you for the purpose of providing either expert opinion, expert evidence or expert testimony. It may not be for a court scenario, it may be for assessing a situation, or valuing a decision. We do not charge anything, the costs are what the Expert Witness charges you. Unlike others, we do not endeavour to mark up the price of Experts, or overtake any case. You take full contractual control with any work you do from the moment you choose to engage them. The expert merely pays a yearly fee to us to be part of our database. It is our philosophy that by doing it this way, we will attract better quality "real" experts and not the types that purport to be experts that have no actual industry experience - people who deserve to get what they are paid, without harming you, the client. We just make things easier, the way it should be. We offer a call-out service to the media as well as other benefits.
