Welcome Fit's aim is to increase physical activity levels by making professional fitness instruction accessible and highly effective. Welcome Fit’s patent-pending platform allows fitness professionals to seamlessly switch between recorded content and different live views, which makes instruction significantly more effective than traditional streaming. Welcome Fit already has trainers in more than 11 countries and supports fitness influencers Dan Conn and Jenna Douros, who can train up to 1,000 participants in an interactive live workout.
