Visionflex and 1st Group enter agreement for ASX telehealth merger

we are thrilled to announce that Visionflex has entered into an agreement to merge with the ASX-listed digital health company, 1st Group Limited (ASX: 1ST).

The proposed merger will bring together two of Australia’s leading digital healthcare innovators to provide a comprehensive, integrated telehealth system for clinicians, comprising Visionflex’s suite of diagnostic telehealth software and hardware solutions, with 1st Group’s highly successful MyHealth1st online booking platform.

The proposed merger will bring operational, financial, and strategic benefits to both businesses including product synergies, product expansion, growing revenue, and a strengthened leadership team. 

Together, the new entity will be exploring opportunities beyond healthcare consultations to include private practice, hospitals, aged care, home care, regional and other forms of remote care operations.
