We are pleased to announce that AE Gibson & Sons Pty Ltd (AE Gibson) acquired the business and IP of Int-elect Systems Pty Ltd (Int-elect) effective from 9th May 2022.
Int-elect is an established and successful automation engineering company with products, services and markets that are complementary to AE Gibson. This is a key development and contributes significantly to AE Gibson’s strategic expansion plans through a stronger presence in the Australian marketplace, and a strategy to expand up the value chain by providing smarter, interconnected sensing, robotics and automation solutions.
Customers and Suppliers of Int-elect Systems will also receive further advice and contact regarding the changes throughout the coming weeks.
