Ingram Micro and Dell Technologies reunite face-to-face after 2 years

After two years of online meetings, Ingram Micro and Dell Technologies partners flew to Melbourne to attend its first in person event last week.

The beautiful Evergreen venue located at Crown towers, welcomed over 50 partners for an evening of reconnecting, networking and celebration.  “This in person event is not just the opportunity to reconnect with our partners but also to celebrate the milestones that we have achieved together over the years,”  said CCE ANZ and SVP of Ingram Micro, Tim Ament.

Working with Ingram Micro for many years, Lynn Nicol, Dell Technologies ANZ Distribution added,  “I was delighted to participate in this elegant event with Ingram Micro and many of our top partners. It was a fabulous opportunity to talk about our collaboration with channel in the data centre and re-engage with our valued partners after some time apart."

 

Partners were also introduced to the next phase of modern storage. A presentation delivered by Adele Lamb, Data Centre Solutions Lead, ANZ Channel Sales and Stuart Anderson, Centre Solutions Specialist, ANZ Channel Sales from Dell Technologies announced the launch of its new Dell PowerStore 3.0 range. Built from the ground up on the latest technologies, PowerStore 3.0 also leverages storage development expertise across multiple product lines and decades of first-hand customer knowledge based on our ubiquitous end-to-end data center presence. To commemorate the launch, partners also tried their luck at a raffle draw ticket for a chance to win a Dell data centre solution bar fridge valued at over $800.00

 

A memorable evening of good food and conversation, Ingram Micro also treated partners to renew their LinkedIn headshot with the help of a professional photographer as our way of saying thank you.
