Play Nation Events and Big Deal Touring are proud to announce the return to Australia of The World’s Greatest Freakshow - a uniquely freaky production inspired by Hollywood blockbuster, The Greatest Showman. Showcasing the peerless talents of some of the most powerful, enchanting and miraculous freaks, this mesmerising show will tour multiple venues in major cities and regional towns across Queensland and New South Wales throughout spring and summer, commencing in late August.
Having recently staged sold-out shows in Melbourne, The World’s Greatest Freakshow is currently enjoying Las Vegas success as it consistently sells out popular downtown venue, Notoriety with its ongoing residency.
In this exciting all-new Aussie-made production, The World’s Greatest Freakshow will bring together some of our own epic showmen and show-women, who will be performing stunts that defy the imagination, taking the human body to the absolute limits. Audiences can expect a rolling roster of one-of-a-kind acts in a unique showcase of exquisite mastery, with artists such as master illusionist Sam Powers (select NSW dates only), renowned fire performer Porcelain Alice, formidable satirist Miss Friby, glass-eating/body stapling certified freak, Aleksandra The Great.
Prepare to have your mind blown and your jaw on the floor in awe when you experience this immersive theatrical masterpiece. These freaky talents are armed with lethal amounts of razzle-dazzle. You won’t want to look, but you can’t look away.
