Panaseer appoints Peter Chalmers chief financial officer

Second in series of appointments aimed at building Panaseers business nationally
Australian-owned specialist telecommunications services provider Panaseer, has appointed Peter Chalmers as its new chief financial officer. This is the second in a series of appointments aimed at further strengthening the company and building Panaseers business nationally. Peters appointment follows the recent announcement that Noel Robertson has joined Panaseer as managing director.

Peters main focus in his new role will be to support Panaseers growth with the implementation of a new financial system specifically designed for Panaseers service-focussed business. The system will ensure Panaseer has the tools, resources and backbone to further increase the quality of its customer service.

Before joining Panaseer, Peter was the CFO and company secretary for telecommunications carrier equipment manufacturer, COM10 Pty Ltd. Prior to that, Peter was financial controller for telephone manufacturer, Exicom. He has also held senior accounting roles with Hunter Douglas, Life Savers and Ciba Geigy.

Peter Chalmers said, Panaseer is in a very healthy financial position and has the potential for rapid and continued growth. It is exciting to be here during the early stages and play a key role in the strong management team that is going to make this happen.

I look forward to applying my seven years of skills and experience in the telecommunications industry, and my years of service industry experience to my role with Panaseer.
