James Caan CBE and Recruitment Entrepreneur launch recruitment agency Plus People with Phil Little

With 14 years’ experience in recruitment and 20+ years in the IT industry across engineering, service delivery, project management and architecture, Phil has a unique set of skills. His most recent experience as Talent Acquisition Manager with ASX has helped him gain the knowledge, expertise and leadership skills to support clients and candidates. 

“I genuinely enjoy helping people. Helping people achieve positive outcomes through quality recruitment services is what drives me.” Phil explained.

It currently requires more work to get candidates through the process, started and embedded in the company. This means you have to analyse the way you approach recruitment constantly. I like that because it keeps me on my toes.”
