The fact that we are inside the boutique hotel means we have the added benefit of the restaurant, high tea, the pool and the function rooms to be able to offer even more to our guests’ experience. The ambiance of our spa is critical in creating a positive experience for our clients.
Upon arrival, our guests are greeted with a warm welcoming smile by one of our ‘Spa Angels’ with an iPad for check in, a tray with a warm refreshing towel and glass of water and escorted to the relaxation area. All our treatment rooms are clean, warm, welcoming and ambient. The beds are fitted with electric blankets in winter and foam underlay for extra comfort and plush doonas. All rooms have blue soft ambient LED lighting, greenery hanging from our feature walls for a more nurturing feel, soothing music, and calming scents in our aroma diffusers to create a serene environment.”
