Leading Global Organisations Support the 2024 Outstanding Leadership Awards - being held in Melbourne.

 

The 2024 Outstanding Leadership Awards champions and shines a spotlight on the greatest leaders and role models from across the globe.

 

If you want to join the growing list of great organisations and leaders who are committed to a world of kind, courageous and inclusive leaders, teams, and leadership - now is the time. 

Also are you the organisation, leader or team of the year? Or do you know someone who possesses all the qualities of a true leader and more? Do you want to see kind and courageous leaders share the spotlight with other big names? We need role models for our generations of today and tomorrow and these awards are about changing the face of leadership and inspiring greater leadership.

You have until the 22nd of January 2024 to nominate a great leader, organisation or team for an Outstanding Leadership Award. The 2024 Outstanding Leadership Awards recognises dedication, kindness, commitment, authentic and outstanding leadership across the world.

The winners of the 2022 Outstanding Leadership Award were inspiring and they optimise the courageous, kind, and inclusive leadership we at LeadershipHQ celebrate every day. 

Past winners include Kylie Ward from Australian College of Nursing, Andrea Davey from Scout Talent Group and Mike Morgan from Insight. 

If you have already nominated someone or would like to support the awards in other ways, there is still plenty of time to become a partner and support the wonderful world of courageous, kind, and authentic leadership, as well as attract and retain great talent and leaders. 

Outstanding Leadership Awards founder Sonia McDonald said courageous, inclusive, and kind leadership and leaders are becoming assets which organisations are looking to attract.  

“The awards champions and shines a spotlight on the greatest leaders and role models from across the globe,” she said.

“It’s a great opportunity to be recognised as someone others seek to emulate and join other outstanding leaders and teams around the world.

“The past few years has shown us just how much the world needs courageous and kind leaders who lead by example and have purpose, passion, and drive. It has been hard on all businesses, organisations, the economy, and our community. We need strong leaders and great role models who can lead the way.
