Northern NSW Santa Gertrudis Group's site at AgQuip (G-H/34-35) will feature a mouthwatering display of premium Santa Gertrudis rib fillet as the group general manager Chris Todd personally transports 800 kilograms of delectable beef to the event.
AgQuip, the largest agricultural field day in the Southern Hemisphere, provides an excellent platform for Santa Gertrudis Breeders (Australia) Association to showcase their finest produce.
Attendees can find the Santa Gertrudis exhibit at site G-H/34-35.
Santa Gertrudis beef is known for its exceptional quality, tenderness and succulent flavour, making it a preferred choice among meat connoisseurs and discerning chefs alike. The breed's superior genetics, coupled with the association's commitment, result in top quality beef.
