THE FUTURE OF EVENTS IN THE PALM OF YOUR HAND!

Melbourne-based technology innovation company, Future Events Lab has launched a new mobile event app which aims to deliver more seamless, immersive, and memorable experiences that will redefine how organisers and attendees connect and engage with events, forums, exhibitions and conferences. 

 

Bringing together the most creative minds in the industry and more than 20 years of experience in event planning and technology, Future Events Lab is an exciting new collaboration, between event and video production company JT Production Management (JTPM) and Brisbane-based tech solutions agency Cedar Street, to shake up and re-define how professional events are planned, delivered and experienced.

Some of the app functions include event countdowns, scan entry or registration, in session live chats and polls, private chat, push notifications and announcements, app search (schedule, exhibitors and attendees). Standout features include:

 

  • Live Streaming: watch live sessions or videos while interacting with speakers and fellow attendees in real time, to create a more dynamic and engaging event experience.

 

  • Interactive Maps: explore venues and spaces with interactive maps and floor plans, zoom in and out, real-time navigation and google maps integration, to locate specific areas, amenities and exhibitors.

 

  • Personalised Scheduling: build tailored itineraries, using calendar integrations with reminders and alerts, so attendees can focus on what's important to them and enjoy a seamless event experience.

 

  • Custom Profiles: discover presenter, exhibitor and attendee bios and profiles including social media integrations to enable meaningful connections and networking opportunities.

 

  • Analytics: measure the success and effectiveness of your event using in-app data and analytics, to understand what participants are engaged in and make more informed decisions.
