The 10 course Chef's Selection menu is available for groups of up to 30 people, priced at $200 per person, with tailored wine pairing available for an additional cost. The seasonally driven, premium menu is tailored for each booking by Red Spice Road Executive Chef, John McLeay.

"I've spent my adult life exploring Asia and love the chance to share the incredible food of the region with my hometown of Melbourne. Bringing an open mind and attitude of playfulness, together with a love of Asian flavours and the chance to use the best produce Melbourne has to offer, means the Chef's Selection menu is an opportunity to collaborate and create showstopping, celebration-worthy menus," says John McLeay, Executive Chef, Red Spice Road.

"Back in 2007, I created the Red Spice Road pork belly that the city just can't get enough of. It's a cornerstone of our reputation as one of Melbourne's favourite and most celebrated destinations for modern Asian food. But with 15+ years of dishes to rediscover, as well as the scope to explore new and innovative flavour pairings, the Chef's Selection menu will take you beyond our classics and give you and your guests a fresh perspective of just how incredible modern Asian food can be," continues McLeay.

While each menu will be designed around the best seasonal produce, diners can expect dishes that push the envelope like wagyu, bacon and mozzarella dumplings with tomato truffle oil, and the fish 'n' chip, a potato rösti with crispy fried rockling, seaweed tartare sauce, shichimi and Japanese pickle.

Red Spice Road features three private dining spaces, as well as two bar areas and two main dining areas spread over two floors.
